  • Coach Brittany Chestnut - Certified Massage Therapist, Personal Training/Personalized Programming

    Brittany graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance. She went on to further her education by obtaining certifications as a personal trainer, certified national weightlifter, and CrossFit trainer. Alongside these certifications, she developed as a competitor in both CrossFit and National Olympic weightlifting. Since 2015, she has also worked in the field of body recovery.

    In 2023, she returned to school to obtain her license as a massage therapist and began her practice later that year. If you have any questions about her services or would like to learn more, don’t hesitate to reach out.      Nervous System Healing, Embodied Strength Coaching, Mindful Eating & Stillness

    Coach Nikki brings over a decade of lived experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, with more than 10 cumulative years of coaching. A former first responder, Nikki works to integrate a deep understanding of high-stress environments into her programming—designing strength, recovery, and nutrition protocols that support not just the body, but also the nervous system. Certified in XPT, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and CrossFit Levels 1 & 2—as well as CrossFit Adaptive and CrossFit Gymnastics—she offers a range of coaching services with a nervous system regulation-rooted approach for those who carry a heavy load, both physically and emotionally.

     Strength Training, Hypertrophy & HIIT

    — Featuring Harbor Programming —

    Through her Harbor Programming, Nikki’s training is nervous system lead and built to develop physical resilience, power, and muscular strength. Sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour and are tailored to each client’s goals, energy, and capacity.

     Nutrition Coaching & Mindful Eating

    Nikki helps clients develop a sustainable, mindful relationship with food—free from extremes and rooted in self-care. Support is available through 1:1 coaching or self-led templates designed for clarity and ease.

    Nervous System Coaching

    Through 1:1 coaching or self-guided resources, Nikki teaches tools for physical recovery, stress managment, grounding, and navigating life with greater ease, presence, and capacity.

    All services are offered separately, with a sliding scale and multiple options available to meet each client where they are.

  • Coach Madi Tooke - Personal Training

    Coach Madi began her career in the fitness industry in 2018 as a NASM-certified personal trainer. In the summer of 2019, she discovered CrossFit, quickly fell in love with it, and began coaching at the start of 2020. By spring of that same year, she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and now holds her CrossFit Level 2 certification.

    Madi is passionate about helping people feel motivated and confident through fitness. She believes that the more active and strong you are, the easier life’s hurdles become.
